PARTNER—MODEL

Invite-only partnership with visible economics and clear accountability.

Redline owns scope, contract, information security, QA, and outcome. Partners choose work that fits their expertise and availability, and see adoption terms before committing.

01

Invitation and admission

No open marketplace and no public display of client identities.

01

Fit

Relevant experience, work evidence, ethics, conflicts, and availability.

02

Verification

Technical interview, exercise, identity, references, and agreements as applicable.

03

Access

Engagement-scoped least privilege, logging, and continuous quality review.

02

Economics visible before assignment

The owner controls the numeric split policy. It appears publicly only after explicit approval and release. Each partner sees the relevant pool and split before confirming an assignment.

BASE

Split base

The professional service fee after tax and reimbursed pass-through expenses.

PARTNER

Partner pool

The total pool, split, work window, and retest reserve are recorded on the engagement.

COMPANY

Company pool

Supports scoping, management, QA, tooling, insurance, and collection risk.

03

Work adoption

The sanitized board shows service type, asset and role counts, required skills, work window, partner pool, and split. It excludes client identity, free-text scope, and findings. Before assignment, the partner confirms fit, availability, and a no-known-conflict attestation.

04

Quality does not dilute the partner share

Reviewer compensation comes from the company pool; there is no pay per vulnerability; a post-adoption discount requires consent or company absorption.

Enter the partner workspace

The workspace requires an invited account. The new-tab extension shows only structured, sanitized data, without client identity, free-text scope, or findings.
